Angelo Del Russo

Angelo Del Russo is the founder of Del-Sano Contracting Corp., overseeing the firm’s daily operations. For over 50 years, his leadership has been the beacon for the company’s conduct and success. Clients continually return to Del-Sano because of the high level of service and integrity Angelo provides as an actively engaged owner.

His foundational expertise guides the estimation, pre-construction, and project management teams, ensuring the consistent delivery of successful projects. Angelo began his career as a journeyman carpenter and progressed through roles as a Project Superintendent and Project Manager before founding Del-Sano in 1975. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).

Robert (Bob) Montesano

Robert (Bob) Montesano joined Del-Sano in 1980 and currently provides overall direction and management for the firm's operations. Leveraging his extensive field and leadership experience, Bob oversees daily operations and field supervision activities, bringing harmony and efficiency to the workplace.

Bob's career began as a carpenter, and he continuously enhanced his expertise through continuing education in project management and construction law. His innate ability to improve processes and lead the adoption of new construction technologies has been a significant asset to the company's continuous growth and effectiveness.

David joined Del-Sano in January 2023 and is responsible for leading the firm's Accounting and Finance functions. He brings over thirty-five years of diverse financial and operational experience, having held various leadership positions in Public Accounting, Real Estate Development, and the Construction industry at both publicly traded (NYSE) and privately owned firms.

David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a graduate of Pace University in Manhattan. He works closely with Bob and Angelo, helping to guide the company's management and leading new software initiatives.
