A two story, 40,682 sq ft, new construction of 46 unit health care, assisted living facility including a wing to care for patients with dementia including common dining areas as well as lounge areas. The building is compliant with 2000 IBC. The exterior is EIFS and CFMF. The units consist of one room studios, two room suites and each unit with a kitchenette with a small under the counter refrigerator as well as a microwave and One full bath per unit.

St. Mary's Senior Residence
General construction for a new low income Senior Housing HUD 202 project. The building will be a four story block/plank structure with exterior brick pre-cast linear facade and sills. There will be 49 residential one bedroom Senior living units for residents age 62 and older.

The Garden Street Lofts located at 158 14th Street in Hoboken, New Jersey is a renovation and new addition to an existing five-story structure built in 1919. Del-Sano will construct 30 luxury condominiums. The ground-floor level will be occupied by retail shops. The project will claim the honor of one of the first to achieve Silver 31 LEED certification (Green Building) in Northeast New Jersey.
In early February 2007, Del-Sano started Historic Restoration work on Passaic Elks Lodge. The work at Garden Vista is being performed according to U.S. Department of Historic Restoration Standards, and the guidelines of the New Jersey Energy Star program. The 56,000 square foot building will accommodate 40 senior living apartment units.
