The work includes the construction of a six story high-rise (where the churches convent once stood) Senior citizens building, comprising of 74 one bedroom units, public, spaces and administrative offices. The units will be about 650 square feet and suitable for one or two people. The project will serve as a gateway into the Pleasantville downtown business area.

New apartment building on Gully Road will become a home to people who have MS. A 30-unit residential rental project to be constructed behind Applewood Estates on Gully Road. The building will be known as Kershaw Commons. The housing complex will be affordable rental complex. The project will be built on NJ brownsfield site. The site considered brownfields because pesticides were used on the land when it was farmed. There will be 42 parking spaces, a walking trail, a bio-rentention basin, a wellness center, 15 apartments on each floors, and a sunroom and terrace on the second floor. The exterior of the building will be brick, and have architectural elements such as gables and shed dormers.
