The 2nd & 5th floor will require concrete, metal studs, insulation, gypsum wall boards and ceiling, ceramic tile, ceiling tile & grid, resilient floor, carpeting, cabinetry, fixtures etc. The project will consist of a space to be leased as a LIFE Center Outpatient Facility with spaces for activities, physical therapy, clinic, administration and building services.
