Newark Clinton Avenue Homes
In this project, significant emphasis is given to incorporating green and sustainable features within the overall design and construction; the building is currently designed to meet LEED Gold environmental standards, the development team is working to add additional 'green' elements that will allow the development to attain LEED Platinum certification.

HELP USA is collaborating with the Make It Right (MIR) Foundation on this project; MIR is a national non-profit corporation committed to rebuilding communities through the design and construction of safe, and affordable sustainable housing.

Nursing Unit

The Melvin & Margaret Myers Senior Residence
The Melvin and Margaret Myers Senior Residence will consist of 42,404 square footage and have 50, one bedroom, affordable apartments. The Senior Residence is funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), NJ's Federal Home Loan Bank's Affordable Housing Program, Neighborhood Stabilization Program and by Union County.

Bayonne Transit
46 unit workforce and market rate rent development, located at the corner of 45th Street and Avenue E, right at the 45th Street Light Rail Station. This newly constructed 5 story mid-rise apartment building contains all of the latest in modern technology and green building elements.

With an onsite parking garage sitting at ground level, this building was designed for working families who either drive to work or choose to use mass transit.

Located in the heart of Bayonne, just one block from all local shopping and a couple of blocks walk to the Bayonne Medical Center Hospital, this is a great location to call home.

YMCA Housing

St.Michael's PACE Center
Tenant fit-out of existing building spaces in the 2nd floor and partial 5th floor of the former St.James Hospital Buidling. The 2nd & 5th floor will require concrete, metal studs, insulation, gypsum wall boards and ceiling, ceramic tile, ceiling tile & grid, resilient floor, carpeting, cabinetry, fixtures etc. The project will consist of a space to be leased as a LIFE Center Outpatient Facility with spaces for activities, physical therapy, clinic, administration and building services.
